ROR – Have A Praise Party! Sunday, November 29th, 2020 – Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD DSc DD

And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the Lord, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the Lord; for his mercy endureth for ever (2 Chronicles 20:21).

One of the ways to activate the power of God is worship. Throughout the Scriptures, we find inspiring accounts of how God delivered His people from destruction and dire situations when they activated His power in praise and worship. A good
example is when three nations—Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir—came against Judah. King Jehoshaphat, by the wisdom of God, gathered all Judah to seek the Lord in prayer and fasting. When they prayed, God revealed to them the exact location of the enemies’ camp and gave them the strategy to defeat them.

2 Chronicles 20:22 says, “…when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.” When you face daunting challenges, don’t panic or fret; worship the Lord instead. Like Jehoshaphat, have a “praise party!”

Don’t wait until you feel like singing before making melodies in your heart, singing praises unto the Lord. Whether you’re happy or not, praise Him all the same; worship Him and give Him glory. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “In everything give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

Recall Paul and Silas; for preaching the Gospel, they were tortured and incarcerated in a Roman prison. But at midnight, they prayed and sang praises unto God; and as they did, the power of God was activated and they were supernaturally set free (Acts 16:25-26). This miraculous encounter led to the salvation of the prison warden with his entire family.

You may be faced with a difficult situation today for which you’ve prayed and confessed that it’s all working out for your good, yet nothing seems to have changed; don’t give up; worship and praise the Lord, for His mercy endures forever.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I praise your Name, and worship your majesty, for you’re the healer, the provider, the supplier of all good things, and you’re greater than all. I praise and adore you, for you’re great and greatly to be praised. Thank you for granting me power over crises, and the grace to prevail always over circumstances, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

“Oh that [men] would praise the LORD [for] his goodness, and [for] his wonderful works to the children of men!”

Psalm 145:1-6

2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
3 Great [is] the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness [is] unsearchable.
4 One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts.
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 And [men] shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.”

Confession For Today November 28th, 2020

I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus! Sin, sickness, disease, and poverty are under my dominion! I reign over them because I’m superior to this world, its systems, and the vagaries of nature! There’s no death, defeat or failure in my path because I live by the law of the Spirit of life, in Christ Jesus. Hallelujah!

MY DAILY CONFESSIONS Sunday, November 29, 2020 – I WIN ALWAYS!

I always win, because the Lord is in me and with me, through the Holy Spirit. His divine presence mantles me and fills me, transforming every fibre of my being and every bone of my body. I have the mindset of victory and I reign triumphantly over circumstances. I’m in the world at such a time as this, for the purpose of living the life that God prearranged for me before the foundation of the world. He planned that I’d serve Him and live for Him and that through me, His righteousness would be established in the earth, and in the hearts of men. I’m fulfilling this purpose daily, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

#TALKINGSESSION ~ 29TH NOVEMBER – KINDLY SAY THESE WORDS OUT LOUD – I’M ALWAYS INSPIRED BY THE WORD…

Dear Father, I thank You for anointing my mind to think excellent thoughts. I’m always inspired by the Word, to think on things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. I yield myself to the ministry of the Word and the Spirit to learn, develop and live out the Kingdom life here on earth; a life of victory, strength, dominion, supernatural abilities, and grace. I refuse to be influenced by the world and its systems; rather, I am conscious of my divine heritage and live the Kingdom life. I thank You for the victorious and glorious life I have in Christ. Your Word puts me over at all times, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, I prosper in all that I do, and my faith prevails always, to the glory of Your Name. I’m forever lifted, strengthened, full of joy and peace because the greater One lives in me. Thank You for the power of the Holy Spirit at work in me, and manifested in all that I do, such that my works here on earth are sanctified before You, and impactful to bring many into Your glorious salvation. I enjoy a life of unending victory, success, prosperity, health, and righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Rhapsody of Realities TeeVo – Sunday, November 29 – BRAG ABOUT HIS SUFFICIENCY – (Boast About The Abilities of Christ in You) – Pastor Chris

TO THE BIBLE
2 Corinthians 3:5 AMP C “Not that we are fit (qualified and sufficient in ability) of ourselves to form personal judgments or to claim or count anything as coming from us, but our power and ability and sufficiency are from God.”

LET’S TALK
As God’s child, who’s full of the Holy Spirit, the power that’s at work in you is divine; it’s got nothing to do with how physically gifted or naturally intelligent you are. The reason you can do anything, be anything, and prosper in whatever you do is the ability of Christ in you. He’s the power at work in you. Philippians 2:13 MSG says, “That energy is God’s energy, an energy deep within you, God himself willing and working at what will give him the most pleasure.”

In 1 Samuel 17, the Bible shows us how David trounced Goliath of Gath and put the Philistine armies to flight. David didn’t take on Goliath just because he had previously killed a bear and a lion, but because he was conscious of God’s ability that was at work in him. That’s why instead of boasting to Goliath about those feats, David declared, “…You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied” (1 Samuel 17:45).

When you’re faced with any task, don’t say, “I can’t do this,” even if it’s something you’re not naturally gifted for. Understand that by the Holy Spirit, you can do all things! Become conscious of this reality. Always declare, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Christ in you is your strength for success and your assurance of victory in the face of adversity.

Christ in you is everything! His presence in you makes you supernatural. When you face oppositions, you’re not to rely on or boast in your ability, but in the life of Christ within. Make up your mind to live triumphantly every day, and do big things for the Lord, for He’s granted you the ability of Christ. Hallelujah!

Speak
My sufficiency is of God, who has lavishly endowed me with tremendous abilities and uncanny skills to make me fit for any task. He’s the One at work in me both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Therefore, I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!
