ROR – A New Life Of Righteousness! Monday, August 10th, 2020 Pastor Chris Oyakhilome PhD DSc DD

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him (2 Corinthians 5:21).

When a man receives Christ, he receives a new life; he’s as one who never existed before: a new creation in Christ. This new life is the life of righteousness; superior to sin, the devil, death and hell. This new life is the reason you can live a righteous life. The reason men sin is that they have the nature of sin. That nature is supplanted by God’s nature of righteousness when a man is born again.

It wasn’t just a mere change that took place in you when you were born again; it was an actual replacement or supplanting of the life and nature of sin by the life of righteousness. Real Christianity isn’t the inclusion or impartation of another nature, but an actual recreation of the human spirit by God. You’ve come alive to God through the new birth. Thus, it’s natural for you to live right and fulfil the will of the Father.

Religion teaches that if a man would live right, then God would qualify him to be a righteous person, but that’s a contradiction. No one can live righteously, until He’s first made righteous by God. God’s righteousness in your spirit is what gives you the ability to live right.

Hence, in Christianity, what God does is to first make you righteous, before He’d be justified to expect you to live right. The Bible says Jesus Christ died on account of our offences, and was raised back to life for our justification (Romans 4:25). Justification means to be declared righteous. Blessed Be God!

Confession

I’m born of God and have His nature of righteousness in my Spirit. As Jesus is, in His glory and righteousness, so am I in this world. I’ve been born into a newness of life; I’m the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, called into the fellowship of the Godkind. Hallelujah!

Further Study:

Romans 5:17
“For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)”

Romans 8:1-4
“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

KeepSayingIt #1717

I am born of the Word and Spirit of the Lord; therefore, I’m impregnable to everything that hurts or binds because I hail from God! I’ve overcome the devil and the cohorts of darkness, because the greater one indwells me! I speak life, divine health, soundness, strength, vitality and energy to my body. I declare that I am strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. I do not get sick. I do not have any disease. My body, system and organs function optimally and excellently. My body is impregnable to sickness, disease, attack or fatigue. I have the life, strength and energy of God in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.

MY DAILY CONFESSIONS. Monday I REFUSE TO FEAR!

Every piece of information I require for my next level of success is accessible to me. I have an extraordinary amplitude of comprehension; I’m full of the wisdom of the Spirit, through the Word, and I make great things happen in my life and in the lives of others. I see the invisible and do the impossible, for my mind is anointed for extraordinary ideas for success. All things are mine. I have a healthy, prosperous, vibrant and successful life, for Christ has taken up His residence in the quarters of my heart. I have nothing to fear: no fear of the future; no fear of the dark; no fear of failure because Christ in me is my assurance of a life of continuous triumph and eternal glory. Blessed be God!

#TalkingSession 10TH AUGUST. KINDLY SAY THESE WORDS OUT LOUD.

Thank You, dear Father, for giving me a life of greatness and excellence; I make great things happen in my life and the lives of others, through the power of Your Word, and the ability of the Holy Spirit in me. As I study Your Word, I see my greatness and triumphant life! I go forth in Your wisdom to accomplish great things for Your Kingdom. The Gospel is my priority, and my heart is open to opportunities for its spread in my world and beyond. I declare that the hearts of men and women around the world be made ready to receive the message for their salvation. I am commissioned with the message of the Gospel of Christ, and the Word of righteousness is like fire, shut up in my bones! I am dispensing His light, and expressing the life and nature of Christ in my world! Therefore, darkness and all the activities of the evil one are dispelled in my world as I reflect God’s glory everywhere! The ability of the Spirit has been granted me to preach the Gospel of Christ to the lost. Today, I declare a mighty harvest of souls as the Gospel is taught and preached around the world! God’s Word prevails mightily in the hearts of the unconverted, destroying religious barriers and eliminating the wrong mindsets, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

• Keep saying it, publish it everywhere; noise it abroad! In Christ, we’ve got something to shout about. Let’s flood the airwaves, internet and print media with the reality of Christ.

Speak in other tongues now.

1 Samuel 12:23 says, ”Moreover as for me, God forbid that I should sin against the LORD in ceasing to pray for you…”.

1 Timothy 2:1-4 says, ”I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth”.

At our prayer times today, we’ll pray fervently in tongues of the Spirit, and pray specially, for leaders of nations; that they be guided in God’s wisdom to do right for their nations, the Lord delivering them from the influence and counsel of evil men. Nonetheless, the power and influence of wicked leaders shall diminish. The Lord be exalted evermore. Amen.
